As our Working Student in People & Culture (m/f/d), you will help create an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations that keep our people programs running smoothly, from benefits administration and to culture initiatives and team events.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to projects that have a direct impact on our employees and company culture.

Your Roadmap to Impact:

  • Workplace Culture: Support initiatives that strengthen TYTAN's culture and create opportunities for connection, collaboration, and belonging across the team.

  • Benefits Support: Assist with the administration and communication of employee benefits and perks, respond to benefit-related questions, and support the rollout of new programs as we grow.

  • Internal Events: Coordinate and support company events, team offsite/onsite celebrations, and social activities from planning and logistics to execution, creating memorable experiences for our teams.

  • Employee Engagement: Support engagement initiatives of coordinating surveys, collecting feedback, and helping turn insights into meaningful actions that improve the employee experience.

  • Recognition & Wellbeing: Help manage employee recognition programs, celebrate milestones, and support wellbeing initiatives that encourage a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

  • Internal Communication: Assist in the coordination of People & Culture communications, including event invitations, culture updates, benefits announcements, and other employee-facing content to keep everyone informed and connected.

  • People Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day People Operations activities, maintain accurate employee records, support onboarding processes, and contribute to generally improving our people operation processes.

Job requirements

  • You are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field.

  • You are genuinely interested in workplace culture, employee experience, or people operations.

  • You are organized, dependable, and have a keen eye for details.

  • You have a creative streak and enjoy coming up with ideas that make the workplace more engaging.

  • You communicate well and enjoy interacting with people.

  • You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

  • Prior work experience or internship in people operations, or a people-facing role is highly welcome.

Why TYTAN?

  • Build technology with real operational impact: Develop autonomous defence systems designed to protect lives and strengthen Europe’s security

  • Shape scalable defence capabilities: Work on solutions built for mass deployment, cost efficiency, resilience, and reliable production at scale

  • Contribute to networked air defence: Help integrate our systems into multi-layered defence architectures alongside sensors, command systems, and effectors

  • Develop for real-world operations: Build capabilities together with end users and improve them continuously based on direct operational feedback

  • Move fast and take ownership: Work in a focused, high-performance team where decisions are made quickly and individual contributions have immediate impact

  • Define a new generation of defence technology: Join early and help shape the products, engineering standards, culture, and direction of a fast-growing deep-tech company

  • Work with an international mission-driven team: Collaborate with experienced specialists united by the goal of creating sovereign and effective security capabilities for Europe

Our Benefits

  • Monthly allowances: €68/month in flexible benefits including lunch discounts and EGYM Wellpass or shopping credit

  • Regular health care events: Health check-ups, skin screenings, mental health workshops, and an annual vitamin infusion on us

  • Referral bonus: Earn a reward when someone you refer joins the team

  • Regular team events: On- and off-site activities to connect and celebrate together
