As our Working Student, you will support our HR Generalist on-site in managing core HR processes for our production and manufacturing team, help deliver a seamless employee experience while getting hands-on exposure to HR in an industrial environment.
Beyond operational support, you will help keep our on-site team stay connected and engaged, contributing to a workplace culture that's cohesive, compliant, and genuinely people-first.
Your Roadmap to make an impact
Support end-to-end on-boarding processes for our production and manufacturing unit preparing documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth first day
Help maintain and update personnel records and HR systems, keeping data accurate and complete
Support time tracking, shift scheduling, and vacation management
Support communication between the production site and the HR team in Munich, helping information flow clearly in both directions
Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and checking relevant data ahead of deadlines
Help ensure day-to-day HR practices stay aligned with German labor law and internal policy, particularly within a production environment
Act as a first point of contact for straightforward employee questions on and day-to-day HR topics, escalating more complex matters to the HR Generalist
Job requirements
You are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
You are interested in HR within an industrial or production environment, not just a typical office setting.
You are available to work at least 20 hours/week alongside your studies, with flexibility to be on-site regularly.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential employee information.
You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with people across different levels and functions.
You are dependable and comfortable juggling several recurring tasks at once.
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
