As our Working Student, you will support our HR Generalist on-site in managing core HR processes for our production and manufacturing team, help deliver a seamless employee experience while getting hands-on exposure to HR in an industrial environment.

Beyond operational support, you will help keep our on-site team stay connected and engaged, contributing to a workplace culture that's cohesive, compliant, and genuinely people-first.

Your Roadmap to make an impact

• Support end-to-end on-boarding processes for our production and manufacturing unit preparing documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth first day

• Help maintain and update personnel records and HR systems, keeping data accurate and complete

• Support time tracking, shift scheduling, and vacation management

• Support communication between the production site and the HR team in Munich, helping information flow clearly in both directions

• Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and checking relevant data ahead of deadlines

• Help ensure day-to-day HR practices stay aligned with German labor law and internal policy, particularly within a production environment

• Act as a first point of contact for straightforward employee questions on and day-to-day HR topics, escalating more complex matters to the HR Generalist

• You are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field.

• You are interested in HR within an industrial or production environment, not just a typical office setting.

• You are available to work at least 20 hours/week alongside your studies, with flexibility to be on-site regularly.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential employee information.

• You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with people across different levels and functions.

• You are dependable and comfortable juggling several recurring tasks at once.

• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or an administrative role is highly welcome
