We are looking for a Drone Operator to support the operation and monitoring of advanced interceptor systems. This role involves piloting, monitoring and managing drone operating platform during commercial demos at our customer sites, often in coordination with interceptor and ground control operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical proficiency, situational awareness, and the ability to perform in high-stakes environments.
Your roadmap to make an impact
Operate our Ground control system and act as mission command during customer demos at our customer sites.
Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures, including system checks and mission reporting.
Monitor flight telemetry, payload data, and environmental conditions in real time.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report system malfunctions or anomalies.
Support integration and testing of new drone platforms, payloads, and software systems.
Maintain detailed logs, mission records, and operational documentation.
Participate in simulation training and continuous skill development
Job requirements
Proven experience operating drones/UAV professional, military, or defense environments.
Understanding of flight principles, navigation, networking, and debugging.
Experience with ground control stations and mission planning software.
Ability to interpret telemetry data and make real-time operational decisions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Remote Pilot Certification.
Familiarity with autonomous flight systems and AI-assisted navigation.
Background in defense, aerospace, or military operations.
Experience operating in contested or GPS-denied environments.
