We are now looking for a team member who really wants to make a difference! As an Intern in Supply Chain (for six months), you will support the full supply chain and logistics workflow, contributing to smooth daily operations, process improvements, and reliable material flow across the business.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Support procurement operations by creating purchase orders, tracking order confirmations, updating procurement records, and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning to ensure material availability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, production, quality, and finance, to support efficient supply chain operations.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance procurement, logistics, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Who you are

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Graduates seeking voluntary Internship placements are also welcome)

  • First experience in supply chain, warehousing or procurement,is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to support both administrative and operational tasks

  • Interest in supply chain processes, logistics operations, and continuous improvement

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams

  • Confident with MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage

  • Fluent in English and German
