Mission:
Source the parts for aircraft that don't exist yet.
Our engineers are designing what Tekever flies in three years. New components, unqualified suppliers, no playbook, and always sooner than anyone planned. If that sounds like the interesting part rather than the hard part, we should talk.
What will be your responsibilities:
Good knowledge about electronics and/or mechanics;
Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order and/or development status;
Negotiation and management of purchases for the acquisition of materials and services; proposal analysis, and preparation of recommendations based on results obtained;
Market research to identify and select potential suppliers;
Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials;
Research alternative suppliers to improve quality and service, and optimize processes;
Guarantee that dev product's information and technical requirements are closed and validated to transit them to production stage.
Profile and requirements:
Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in areas such as Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles (preferably in Industrial or Production sectors);
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
Results-oriented mindset;
Language requirements: Advanced command of Portuguese and English, with proven proficiency at C2 level in both languages;
Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills.
